The Rules of Sudoku are straightforward and simple:

Each Sudoku puzzle has a grid of 81 squares. The grid is divided into Rows, Columns and Regions, each of which contains nine squares.

There are 9 Rows, 9 Columns and 9 Regions in each puzzle. Each Row, Column and Region must contain all of the numbers 1 through 9. Each number must appear once only in each Row, Column and Region without omission or repetition. Each puzzle has only one correct solution.
